                一、概 況:
                  為提高汽油辛烷值,改善汽車燃料的抗爆性能,通常采用加入適量的抗爆添加劑,如有機金屬配合物一烷基鉛等,四乙基鉛是訖今為止使用最普遍、最多的汽油抗爆劑,它在石油工業和汽車工業中曾起到了巨大的作用,但隨著科技的發展,環境保護的重視,四乙基鉛的劇毒性,及其汽車尾氣排放所造成的環境污染嚴重地威脅著人類的健康。在人口密集的大城市,污染更為嚴重,因此各國均紛紛制定各種政策、法規藉以保護人類生存的環境,實現汽油無鉛化是當今各國環境保護的重要措施之一,制定新的汽油標準,規定汽油中不準含鉛。我國在98年,國務院頒發了《1998129號文件取消70#汽油的生產與使用,生產90#以上車用無鉛汽油,規定到2000年實現汽油無鉛化。因此生產高質量、高標號的車用無鉛汽油是各煉油廠的緊迫任務之一。尋求一種新的無鉛汽油抗爆劑已勢在必行。
                  近年來,各國均在研究新型的有機金屬配合物(不含鉛)來替代四乙基鉛。眾所周知,提高汽油發動機效率最有效的辦法是提高發動機的壓縮比,但壓縮比一提高,爆震燃燒明顯示增強,需要用更高辛烷值的汽油來減小爆震,隨著發動機壓縮比不斷提高,這迫使煉油廠生產高牌號(辛烷值)的汽油。辛烷值的提高不僅減輕發動機的爆震,而且減少油料的消耗,從而增加經濟效益,每提高汽油辛烷值1個單位,可節油1.3%,提高汽油辛烷值的辦法有三種:
                  1、不斷改進加工工藝提高煉油技術,生產高辛烷值汽油,如采用催化裂化;調整操作條件(溫度、劑油比、切割點等);催化重整,烷基化、異構化等加工工藝方案。
                  2、在油品中調入高辛烷值燃料的組分,選擇最佳調合方案,如調入異辛烷、異丙苯、烷基苯、甲基叔丁基醚、醇類燃料等。
                  3、添加能提高汽油抗爆性的抗爆劑。利用第一種方法,需上新裝置,要花大量資金、人力、物資與時間;用第二種方法,因組分原料價格高而導致成本大大加大;第三種方法在汽油中添加抗爆劑是提高燃料抗爆性最有效、最經濟的方法。特別是在生產高牌號辛烷值汽油時,單純用改變加工工藝與調合高辛烷值都比較困難,一般都采用加入適量的抗爆劑來解決。世界各國煉油廠生產的汽油中(個別特殊除外)均普遍加入適量的抗爆劑。
                  隨著四乙基鉛的禁止使用,各國均開發與研制了許多金屬和非金屬的抗爆劑,在金屬抗爆劑中,有鐵劑和錳劑。鐵抗爆劑因對發動機磨損嚴重,并會造成火花塞短路及電噴車的油泵使之損害,而未被應用。如美國、歐洲就不準在無鉛汽油中使用含鐵燃料添加劑。非金屬抗爆劑如MTBE,盡管近年來國內普遍采用,因其不能使其充分燃燒會產生致癌物而將被限量使用。其余如芳香烴、胺類等,因其性能、毒性或價格因素均未能工業化應用。
                  錳基有機化合物是目前國際上代替四乙基鉛,且比四乙基鉛更為優良的新型抗爆劑之一。錳基化合物有五羰基錳[Mm(Co)5],環戊二烯三羰基錳和甲環戊二烯三羰基錳。其中,前二種常溫下均為固體,不便實際使用,且在使用中因其沉淀而會導致火花塞堵塞,需經常(1萬公里內)加入清潔劑以清潔火花塞而導致成本增加及使用不便。甲基環戊二烯三羰基錳性能優于前二者,常溫下為液體,適于應用。我廠與中科院在追蹤國際上最新技術基礎上,經過長期艱苦、細致的研制、開發、試驗,成功地研制并生產出甲基環戊二烯三羰基錳這一品質優良的新型抗爆劑。

                二、甲基環戊二烯三羰基錳具有下述優點:
                  1、能有效地改善汽油品質,提高汽油辛烷值,抗爆效率高而添加量小,按萬分之一添加,錳含量不超進18毫克/L,可提高汽油2-3個辛烷值(按金屬單位重量計的辛烷值高于四乙基鉛的二倍以上)
                  2、燃燒性好,能隨燃料一同完全燃燒而不產生沉淀或殘渣,節油效果明顯;
                  3、無副作用,對燃料其它性質無不良影響;
                  4、易溶解,在室溫下即能溶解于汽油而不溶于水;
                  5、性質穩定,在空氣中不分解,沸點較高,不易蒸發損失;
                  6、無毒性,對環境不造成污染;
                  7、熔點低,不易結晶,便于實際使用。

                三、貯存、運輸與包裝:
                  1、本品忌光,遇光易分解。在輸送、儲存、調合中必須避光,用棕色瓶采樣,并進行必要的遮蓋,避免陽光直接照射。
                  2、本品應密封貯存在陰涼、干燥、通風的庫房內,嚴禁火源、日光的接近。
                  3、本品貯存期為12個月。
                  4、本品用鍍鋅桶及貯罐包裝,鐵桶每桶凈重250kg1-10噸,按用戶需要而定。
